The first 100 spots in the movement are not for sale. They are granted on a first-come, first-served basis to professionals who have already demonstrated, throughout their careers, a standard of leadership that the industry rarely formally recognizes.

How one becomes one of the 100

There is no application form. Entry occurs through three paths:

✓ Direct invitation from professionals the Founding Council already knows
✓ Strategic nomination from partners, owners, investors, and operators
✓ Curated application for talent still off the radar

In any of the paths, the candidate undergoes an alignment interview, not to evaluate their resume, but to assess their mindset. Approval rests with the Founding Council.

What it means to be one of the 100

Identity

An exclusive Founder Number. Founding Member #0XX · HOTELEIRO GLOBAL. People don't remember "one of the founders." They remember the number.

Recognition

Official, numbered certificate, with name, admission date, and HG seal. It's not a diploma. It's a historical milestone.

Access

Part of a closed and curated network of owners, investors, CEOs, GMs, operators, and developers, all validated by the same standard.

Legacy

Your story, your vision for the hotel industry, and your greatest learning, forever recorded in the Founder Archive.

After the 100th

The door closes. Forever.

Founders must be historic. The 100 were here before the community existed. This can never be replicated. Those who come later may be members with the same values, but without the title of founder.
