Hoteleiro Global is a professional identity movement that brings together hospitality leaders, owners, executives, and specialists who share common principles of responsibility, value creation, and long-term vision.

It's not the manager who just goes through the motions. It's not the director who just reports numbers. It's someone who sees the hotel as an asset, even when the asset isn't theirs. Who takes responsibility where others look for excuses. Who builds value while the rest manage occupancy.

This professional exists in all countries, in all types of hotels, independent or chain. But they are rarely connected to others like them.

HOTELEIRO GLOBAL is born to change that.

It's not a course platform. It's not a professional social network. It's an identity, a standard of recognition among people who think like owners, even when they are not.

The origin

For over 30 years, in hospitality with international and national brands in Brazil and the United States, I have crossed practically the entire industry value chain: operations, management, turnaround, advisory, investor and owner relations.

At each stage, I found the same fracture. Managers stuck in monthly operations. Directors without a vision for returns. Owners with no time to think about their own asset.

And, scattered among them, there was always someone different. Someone who saw the hotel beyond the monthly occupancy. Who thought about legacy, not just results.

These people rarely met. HOTELEIRO GLOBAL exists for them to meet.

The first 100

It's not a registration list. It's a recognition.

The first 100 founders receive a number, a permanent place in the movement's history, and access to a curated network of professionals validated by the same standard.

This number does not change. It is yours, forever.
